Taizhou Huangyan Dazhuo Plastic Mould Co., Ltd is located in Moulds Town of China named Huangyan, and is a specialist in plastic moulds. Worked with design companies from both in and abroad, we have made auto lamp moulds of various styles, which had been recommended by car and moulds manufacturers. While adopting CAD/CAM/CAE design system, we also have simulation analysis. We use auto vehicle light distribution testing system to carry out light testing. Under the guidiance of professors from Taiwan and China mainland, we have improved operating skills. Auto lamp moulds we have developped before include head lamp mould for FAW, rear lamp mould for GOL, head lamp of SAC, crystal head lamp of Fukang cars, rear combination lamo of Elysee VTS, fog lamp, whole set of lamp moulds of FIAT Siana and Palio, Cherry and Hafei.
